Free Agency interview questions

Such an unethical interview process. I applied to a research position and I received a response from the lead recruiter. To start the interview process, you are asked to create a mock research document highlighting a job position. This is unpaid of course and they expect you to do this without even phone screening you prior. Seems like a way to poach free work from desperate people. Needless to say I will be choosing to not move forward with the interview process.
