Applied online, filled out a survey I was sent, and then got an email to come in and interview. When I got there, I was told to walk around for a little, and then was called to the front of the store. There were 4 other candidates interviewing with me. We all stood out front of the store and answered 5 questions .

How do you know you would be a perfect fit to work at Free People?
Super easy and straightforward interview-to-offer process. 1 interview with a manager at the store, it lasted about an hour in total. Simple behavioral questions and experience in customer-facing roles. The whole process took about 2 weeks,
Interview was very informative about the company’s culture & vision. I mainly was asked questions about my experience & passions - we discussed potential growth in the company as well. Key is to be excited, authentic and really showcase your vibe & interest in fashion!
It is a very simple interview process. They asked about experience, customer service, style, how to handle conflict and customers. Talked about the role and the requirements of the role. Basically to see if you fit in well with the team!
