Fresenius interview questions

This was a phone interview, I was asked 3 questions and told my possible pay would be $37 an hour. I was also told there would be a 2nd step in-person interview and I should contacted within a day or two

The interview process was smooth, I was given visibility of what is expected of me and was asked questions related to that only. There were 2 rounds of Technical interview. The issue was with the Salary negotiation process. They had a fixed amount they kept adding incentives and bonuses to year end and promised that this would get added to your next year CTC. They never gave a straight forward salary structure. Ignored discussion outcomes sent over mail and later said that this is not what was discussed, but never called out before offer letter release that the mail is incorrect.
