Interview
Interview consisted of a standard face to face interview following the submission of a CV and covering letter online. The interview took place in Manchester and was formal but also fairly relaxed.
3 stages - HR, lawyers and a partner. Overall
the process is structured, however, technical questions from lawyers and parents can be difficult. They want to make sure you have actual knowledge in corporate and commercial matters.

Question 1
Could you describe how tag/drag-along provisions work?
Very well structured, interviewers were very friendly and approachable. It was a mix if competency based questions and questions around personal characteristics. Moreover, once they have made a decision, they reach out to provide feedback.
There was a native Mandarin translator who will ask the interviewee to instantly translate a commercial contract from English to Chinese. The rest of the interview tasks include a due diligence test.
