Very easy, nothing to it. You get an email telling you that if you are interested you are hired. All you have to do is turn in the documents provided to you in the email, and turn them in to the Frisco I.S.D. headquarters. You also have to get fingerprinted, and you have to attend one meeting. There is no real interview process.

There is no actual interview for this position. Your references, however, will be checked. People listed as references will have to fill out an evaluation on you and return it. You can check to see if references have completed these evaluations by checking your online application. You cannot see what was said about you but you can know that they have been completed. Once this step is done, you will be informed of the next training session and complete your online onboarding. The entire process is a little time consuming but very easy overall.
