I applied online and gave my CV. Then I had a quick informal chat with someone at the company. Then I was asked to answer cultural questions via email. After this, I was invited to an interview.
I was rejected in the end because I lack e-commerce experience. I would just recommend to anyone not to apply and waste your time if you do not have this background, because they will not take the chance on you.
I would also recommend Frontastic not to waste their time and put ecommerce experience as a requirement for the position if you're always going to prioritise someone with this anyway.
