I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Frontier
Interview
The interview process is relatively extensive. First interview was with HR and two subsequent interviews with coworkers and management were conducted. An initial phone screening with HR was first. Several, high level, questions were asked. Within 2 days an in person interview was set up. Then I met with HR who talked to me about the culture, the job, and the supervisor to which I would report. I then met with the supervisor who asked tough questions but was fair and knowledgable. A second interview was set to speak to two co-workers who again asked interesting questions and were very honest about the position and the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you worked with multiple offices across different divisions within an organization and how have you dealt with different strategic visions and personalities?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frontier (Pomo, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Applied, 8 days later received a call, text, and email to complete a form. One day later schedule call for interview in two days. Had call for 40 minutes and found out it was for a specific account. Questions were little & easy so I don't know if I was just a quota spot. Interviewer advise they were on vacation so I would hear back in a week. Nothing from no one- emails, calls and texts, nothing. I guess this is becoming very popular on being unprofessional as it is too common.

Question 1
Explain a project that was going bad and what you did to correct.
High-paced interview focused on a combination of business, technical, & soft skills: covered complex technological product ideation as well as stakeholder management, assessment of value, and go-to-market strategy. The hiring manager was very decisive and we closed within several weeks from the beginning of the interviewing process.

Interview
1. Prior to even the recruiter screen, was asked to take Wonderlic cognitive test. Not a good idea to use test as a screen as study is recommended. No one could explain its relevance.
2. Recruiter screen
