Meet recruiter at a job fair, gave resume and sent email expressing my interest. Never heard back. A month or so later I had a friend on Facebook promoting the company for her husband who works there. Indicated I was interested and told her I had already applied. She got me in touch with her husband who made the magic happen. I was called in for a group interview, pretty simple they just gave us a run down of what the company expected and what they would offer in benefits and such (though on a few points was not congruent with what we ended up with) tried getting a feel for each individuals personality. 1-2 weeks later called in for interview #2 and was offered the job on the spot. (granted they needed/need to hire as many people as possible for their new partnership) Taken to an office to begin reviewing and submitting paperwork and going over terms and conditions of employment (bendable at their will as later I discovered) Started training 2 weeks later in a group setting of 20 or so other new hires
