First stage was initial phone call that covered the basic early process questions. Had a remote interview with 5 people all asking questions on different areas of the job & character/personality questions. Each gave a detailed explanation about their specialism and why they had been elected to ask the set of questions they would be doing. When I pushed for more clarification on the vague generic response i got for not getting the job I was ghosted which was a shame. Very candid in telling you if you haven't quite met the questionas
