1st round - Virtual with VP Questions were regarding my skills, work experience and JD 2nd round - F2F with AVP Why do you want to join Future, what are your achievements in your previous role etc 3rd round - HR profile history and salary expectations 4th round - CMO Questions about my work experience , job description and why are you interested for this job role After 2 days of final round HR informed me that I was not selected. It was a waste of 15-20 days. Before CMO Round I was informed that I’m selected for the profile, only formalities has to be done .
