I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fuze in Apr 2019
Interview
The hiring process is horrible/non-existent. Was selected for phone screening; had phone interviews scheduled, nobody even called me (both calls, of course, initiated by the hiring manager). Nobody bothered to cancel or re-schedule. Avoid, if possible.
I had an initial phone screening that went well, was able to articulate my results and was clear I did my research prior to the interview. The second interview I had with the hiring manager went just as well and was told by the manager that they enjoyed our conversation and I would have another interview with the VP. I ended up never getting that next interview. I followed up numerous times by email and phone, and then was told by the recruiter that the position was put on hold at the moment, which was understandable. About two weeks later I saw the job posting again and reached out to the recruiter about it. She then sent me an automated rejection email. I asked for transparency, as I was confused at to what might have happened and got nothing. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had with a company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fuze (Boston, MA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Nice and easy Interview process. Was not waiting long before the first manager came in to start with me. I did have to move to another room after the first interview was done, but I got a small tour of the office along the way to the next conference room. I waited about 5 minutes or so before the Second Manager came in and started with me. This second interview was more personal in nature. They asked a few scenario questions and opinion-based questions to see how you fit in with their existing team. They were both very nice and friendly at the same time professional and honest.
