Interview
All behavioral and no technical. Just focused on using the STAR method. a lot of it related to school experience. They asked me about 5 questions. Things such as biggest failure, name a time you had to work in a difficult group, why Engineering.
It was a behavioral interview. There were no technical questions asked. They want to get to know you and your background to see if you would be a good fit. I was asked about previous experiences on my resume and general questions about me.

One round of behavioral-based questions includes five quick questions on leadership, teamwork, and multitasking. It’s straightforward and efficient, an easy and fast interview process. Interviewer was good and to the point.

Had one formal sit-down interview on the campus of my school, and everything was straightforward. Everything was put on by the school and GE outreach personnel, so very little interaction with actual people until the physical interview.
