Went through school's hiring website and had a behavioral interview. After, there was a phone interview that was very similar to the first interview I had. The interviewers were very friendly and nice and was able to give me an idea of how working with GE would be like.

Interview consisted of the typical good cop, bad cop, and HR person. Mostly behavioral, tell me about a time when... Overall the interviews were very conversational, and everyone was extremely professional. I was interviewing for the FMP program within GE Capital.
