There were a lot of steps. You took the personality assessment, went in and took the computer assessment, then had an interview and simulation for what a day would be like working. Once called in for the next interview and to shadow I realized I was shadowing a newer employee that had not been working there more than 4 months. The lady I interviewed with was super easy going then at the end of the interview said things that made me feel like I should not have gotten that far in the interview process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you couldn't fix a problem at work
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
