Interview
LONG and draining! Phone interview, go in for an assessment, then talk with a member of the hiring team, then you do a role play over the phone, then you shadow another agent for about an hour and make notes of what you observed. Then you talk with a manager of that department. If you are offered the position (I was on the spot) then you go to HR and complete drug test (hair sample) and background check.

Question 1
Describe experience and the usual in person questions
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
