After filling out an application. There was an immediate online test which was a personality test. If you pass, you'll get an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview is very simple and straight forward. Just a few questions about yourself and they want to make sure you're interested in what they have to offer. Next step is an in-person test. This test is to test your computer skills and multi-tasking skills. If you pass, they will set up a time to come in and be interviewed in person. After this intetview they will do a role-playing test. This was a bit difficult. Next you set up a time to come in and shadow another worker for the job you're applying for. After that, and usually the same day, you will have an interview with one or two managers. A bit more intense than the first in person interview but again, a straight forward interview. At this point they will offer you a job almost right away if they want you. If they offer you the job, you will have a hair follicle drug test done right away. This was done on site at the Buffalo Call Center. Then after that (same day) you will have to take about an hour to use their computer and fill in infirmation all about your life from the past ten years. Then you just have to wait for an extensive background cyeck and dtug test to be completed. Phew. The most difficult hiring procesd I've ever been through. But I got the job!

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.
