My friend was hired as an MDP and recommended me for the position, I was contacted a few days later by the regional college recruiter with an offer to interview. The interview process was an all day affair. Typing test, mulitasking test, interview with college recruiter, sales roleplay with a manager, interview with the sales director and human resources director, an organizational/prioritizing test, and finally a personality test. The total time to complete was about 8 hours.
