Interview
Overall, it was an average experience. I had the first 30 min phone interview with the HR which included just a few questions about the company and the role. Then I passed on a second phase which included a 45 minutes phone interview with a team leader and someone who spoke my language. Following this stage, I had to do a business case, again over the phone. In the business case, I had to find a number of experts within an hour then argument how I did it and why I choose certain people. It all went well up to this stage. I was then invited to attend a face to face interview, hence, I would have to submit my credential and availability so that they would buy me a ticket. Some days later I was instead told that the interview will be on zoom (their video call platform). During the final interview, zoom was not working so I again had the interview on the phone. On this interview, I spoke with 3 people, half hour each. Throughout the entire process, the questions were very alike in each interview, primarily focused on the business model of the company and a few behavioral questions. In the end, I received a no-reply stile rejection e-mail. I am neutral about this experience, every interview was pretty much alike. The positive thing is that I always receive answers within a week from each interview. The very negative thing is that after all the time I spent on this recruitment, having talked to 7 people in the company, I found a no-replay plain e-mail quite unprofessional.
