Sent CV, phone interview with basic questions about what the role is about.
Met with 3 people in person, 3 separate interviews with two very nice guys, the last man was very rude >.>
They didn't tell me the interviews were going to be in different languages in spite of me asking. So I prepared in English as I was going to work in the UK however, it seemed like they wanted me to be prepared in every language I speak (3 languages) without even telling me about it LOL so weird, so not organised. Anyways, thank God they rejected me because of that.
They pay well but it's basically a call centre role.
My advice to students is: go, it's a good one-to-one interview practice but don't take this job if you are a good finance student. You will be undervalued there, for sure.
I spoke with a guy about derivatives and he had no idea what I was talking about and he "apparently" works in that sector LOL showing that they just find the specialist but have no clue of how to solve the problem. In fact, I did not pass this interview because I was looking for solutions for the problems given whereas they look for different things.
Not enough challenging for me.
