First had a phone screen and then was setup with the regional at the office in Irving, Tx. During the process it was smooth, some of the better interviews I've had. They made me feel comfortable and overall allowed for just an ease of conversation.

Question 1
Basically a conversation to find out drive and comfort level with time management.
They made it very comfortable and relaxed. It was about them getting to know you as a person and you getting to know them as a company. GLP is very welcoming.

The interview was pretty simple are you licensed do you have a vehicle with valid insurance. Do you want to give us 4 weeks of training all day? How well do you handle rejection? When can you start?
