I had two phone screenings and then an entire afternoon interviewing with multiple people. This was several months ago. I thought the interviews went great, but I was ultimately ghosted. Not sure why companies do this? If the position is filled, or if someone isn't a good fit-- let the candidate know. It feels like a total waste of time when you spend lots of time interviewing with a company (not to mention the preparation for each interview) - just to get ghosted.
