I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GOAT Group
Interview
One round of phone , onsite three round , the phone interview discussed about a coding question, onsite its all design question and they interested in my previous experience. After 2 weeks , they told me that my resume doesn't meet the years of experience they required. A bit waste of my time since they could read my resume earlier to decide if I need to come here or not.
Leetcode interview, and then system design. Chatting about work that I am currently doing. Had very little time to ask questions, recruiter was somewhat helpful but not really. The process was fine, nothing really negative but also nothing postiive.
Interviewers and recruiters were all very nice. Overall not a bad experience, but did get stringed along for about a month after final round to find out I didn't get the role. They wouldn't reject me but kept pushing their estimated response time back everytime the deadline came up.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GOAT Group (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Fairly straightforward process with introductory calls, standard technical interviews, and virtual onsite interviews. You can first expect a technical LeetCode style question, then another technical question about system design, a behavioral/cultural one, and one delving into detail about past project(s).
