Interview
The recruiter got in touch within the week and was really passionate about the company, which made me really excited. I met with them and the hiring manager and it was a really great interview. Mainly questions 'when have you done this' 'what would you do if' etc etc.
Second interview was with a senior member of the team, they were more casual.
All round it was a great experience

Very messy. it was a few years ago so things might have changed in the meantime. I was offered a job that at the time of the interview was held by another person. The interview was very informal and actually happened in a cafe
