Writing test via email panel with 3 to 4 people then an awkward Interview with the CEO Very picky and misleading. They wasted my time. I did feel like they were not being upfront about the job and the responsibilities which led to a false sense os security of what they were actually looking for in a candidate

This was a well organized and friendly interviewing process. The writing example was well scoped and reasonable so you could show applicable skills with about 2 hours of work.
I was weeded out of the process immediately when I mentioned needing a base salary in the mid 40's. Requiring four years of experience and then acting like $36k is a reasonable salary is really out of touch.
Also, to every employer under the sun: career growth opportunities are NOT a 'benefit' you can offer as a part of the package; it's a basic expectation.
