The initial interview was the HR round where I spoke to the HR and they detailed out the position and role expectations. The questions were role related and mostly behavioral. They revolved around understanding if it is a mutual fit.

Tell me about your experience designing native mobile apps.
The interview consisted of a lot of rounds, but they were very communicative of what was expected from you. It was a bit difficult to schedule while currently having a different job, as they weren’t flexible to go after work hours.

Interview
I spoke with the hiring manager, did a portfolio review with two designers on the team, then a panel interview to meet other members of the team. The final panel interview was around 3 hours long.
