Interview
It was much like any other wine industry (hospitality side) process. Referral was from a friend, and the process was pretty straightforward (in-person interview, phone conversations, management interview, offer.) There was little in terms of connectedness between management and hospitality management which made the process and experience seem a little disjointed.
