First there was an email exchange. After a phone call. Finally an zoom meeting where there where more members of staff. After the last interview there was a week waiting period.

Can you tell us about experiences in the classroom
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Gateway Academy Child Development Centers (Sandy, UT) in Mar 2020
Interview
Pretty simple, met with owners and managers and talked about the day to day schedule. Talked about mental health as well. Toured the campus and met a few of the boys there.
