I met with team leader, department lead, operation manager and director of department. They were individual interviews. Job duties were discussed I asked questions were they saw department in 5 years etc . I was given a tour of department. I was then offered job and went for background checks. I was transferring fir Geisinger Health Plan so I was already in the system.

Tedious and long. The people interviewing don't seem to be experts in the field. They also want you to jump through hoops when they pay significantly less than industry standard
