Not detailed enough and they seemed to care more about where I went to school than who I had worked for and what I had achieved. The first two people were late for the interview, which gave me a bad taste.

brought me back to find out more about my leadership experience, analytical skills: recruiter said sit tight, they were interested.
The 3ed interview was a stall tactic, I met with my team and another manager.
