General Catalyst Partners interview questions

The interview process consisted of five 30-45 minute virtual interviews. The conversations were informal, with interviewers mostly speaking about the firm. The final round interview was with a GC representative who seemed immediately disconnected and uninterested. After that interview, I received no follow-ups (ghosted). It left me with a negative impression of the firm's professionalism and competence.

Contacted by a recruiter about a position with what might have been a potential credit strategy they had. Overall was asked strange questions, and the feel of the firm was very formal but informal, a little political for venture.
