Previous experience w. Novell networking, Microsoft networking, servers, enterprise backup systems, network storage, LAN/WAN support. Typical MCSA/MCSE skills questions, CNA questions, Security and Network + questions and so on.

Interview was very strategic but not too difficult for anyone who knows even the basics. I would recommend anyone with a Systems Administrator background to apply. The main things to remember is general networking knowledge, and how you would go about patching a Windows or Linux OS.

Typical for any IT professional. Questions regarding current certifications, years of experience, familiarity with several technologies. As this was for a job with clearance, they will ask for information to verify. All in all it was an easy process without any surprises.
