Applied online and a recruiter reached out via email first. I was then contacted with more details and got an interview scheduled the next week. I did the interview with 2 people on Microsoft Teams and said they would send a report up to the hiring manager. The same day I got an answer that they would like to extend an offer letter.

Very formal usually you will have a recruiter contact you asking about salary expectations etc. Then you will have a technical interview and then interview with the program manager. The technical interview is very straight forward. They will ask technical questions regarding your field these usually range between 5-10 questions varying in complexity.

Had a phone interview with manager and two team members. Since this was for a govt contract, they asked what agencies I have worked with in the past. Asked if I was fine with being on-call. Lasted about 30 minutes.
