      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Oshawa, ON) in Apr 2016

      Interview

First contacted through TA who cross-check a few things about past experience. Then a technical phone interview with Senior Technical Specialist after a week of phone screening of TA, and then after a week Live Video Interview with 2 Hiring Manager. Very knowledgeable group. Had interesting questions throughout the interview. At first they went through the technical part, ask about my previous relevant experience and at the and asked several behavioral question with STARLA format. The whole process was done very professionally and everyone was extremely friendly. Finally, the TA informed me about the final decision about not getting any offer within a week.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Oshawa, ON) in Jul 2016

      Interview

The whole process was efficient and friendly. The first interview was checking the past experiences related to this position, why GM, your expected salary etc. The second interview was technical focus. A senior engineer introduced the duty of his engineering group and asked several general technical questions based on the past experience. Right now, I am waiting for the third interview.
