There was a phone call to chat about the job and all the perks. Followed by a recorded video questioner that you as the applicant have multiple tries at. Lastly there was an interview with 3 managers one of which will be your direct manager.

Interview consists of behavioral questions about past experiences. How you worked in difficult situations, how you applied yourself and how you solved complex problems. You had time to go over your resume and history at the end.
