Mostly STAR related questions, study STAR for situations and you are good for the interview. First round is screening, and then two or three rounds of behavioral focused questions. Being Safe/Agile certified is a bonus and some questions might pertain to that.

The interview process is easy. An HR partner reaches out then you are able to speak to the hiring manager and proceed to the final steps. The interview is structured for the most part as behaviorial questions.
