We needed to follow the STARR process, and it was a very easy going and light interview. I met with 3 different people virtually. They each asked me 3-4 different questions. Very easy to answer if you were an active participant in your current job.

They asked how I pushed through a hard challenge.
They asked how I was innovative
The HR asked more basic questions and the Lead asked more technical based questions. They were more on circuits and thought process. Overall wasn’t too bad for an entry level job.

Interview
If there is a known people in the company, resume was easy for experienced people. Interview was not taken long for job interview and got normal questions while F2F interview with EGM (or Director).
