Probably the worst interview process of any company that I've ever seen, which is saying a lot since I've been through quite a few recently. Instead of a recruiter you have to deal with their bot, "Ev-e", which emails links for you to schedule your sessions, but is otherwise, utterly and completely useless. It's unable to properly answer even the most basic questions, such as "What's the status of my application" or "where can I login?" (to view my application status!). The first round interview was a tech screen. I was asked a very simple graph problem, which I finished in 15 of the allotted 45 minutes. I was contacted again almost immediately to setup a "behavioral" session. The interviewer might as well have been a bot themselves. They appeared to be reading from a set script of poorly designed questions. They had very clearly NOT read my resume, and throughout the conversation were extremely quiet, which I presume from their video being frozen 1/2 the time, was because they were constantly disconnecting. I have not heard back since.
