The interview was challenging but fair. They asked me about my ability to communicate and talk with people, how I handled rejection, and any previous training experience. I liked that it was over zoom so I could take it from my dorm room.

On a scale of 1-10 how do you handle rejection and why do you choose that number?
I really appreciated how fast and efficient the interview process was. Everything was digital, which made it super easy, and I heard back quickly at every step. It was refreshing to not have to wait weeks.
It's likely a group interview where the interviewer will ask everyone multiple questions. They're looking for people who work hard and have a positive mindset. Remember to bring a notebook to take notes because they give a lot of information about the company during the actual interview.
