Question 1
Most difficult process was all the paperwork to complete before final acceptance, had to rewrite resume in a special format for the customer, took quite a bit of back and forth with recruiter, also drug test and background check slows down process.

The process took a while, a lot of emails being exchanged. Then waited for a call back which took 2 weeks. Very friendly though and professional. Questions were fairly easy to answer.
