Overall my experience was poor, inappropriate and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Starting of with here was no reception but a sort of canteen. It seemed to be a mix of companies and it took 5 mins asking people not from your company to get someone from Genesys. The interviewer was weak at best, needs training. There was a clear lack of knowledge about the importance on code quality and testing and the interviewer did not understand the tools required to do this such as Jenkins, sonarqude, Gerrit etc. Also using a state management like redux not been used with angular on a commercial product that was going to be available at the end of the year.
