Interview
The initial contact with the recruiter was positive and helpful, and the recruiter was helpful throughout the whole process. However, there was a month between the initial phone call and the second phone interview. This interviewer was very pleasant and engaging, and I was able to answer almost all of the questions during the second phone interview. Within a couple of days I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the team. A week after the second phone call I met with two different interview teams at the Genesys location in Indianapolis. The hiring manager seemed disinterested throughout this part of the interview.

Interview
Very professional and friendly staff. Received a call for an initial phone interview with HR. My qualifications, experience, and expectations were a match. A couple days later I got an email wanting to schedule a phone interview with a member of the technical staff. The technical interview tested my knowledge of networking, databases, and general troubleshooting. About a week later I received an email wanting me to come in for a face to face interview. The face to face interview was at their Indy Office. I met with two people from the technical teams for an hour and two people from the business area for an hour.
