The interview process started by an online interview with HR, it was lovely and relatively casual. I passed through to the in person interview. It was with 2 senior scientist from the drug discovery team, I needed to prepare a 10mins presentation about me then they presented about the team as well, asked me questions and ask me questions about my experience and knowledge.
