Unprofessionals ,they keep candidates wait for long hours,very self- centered people and they never share the feedback. Poor management. Unorganised TA(HR) Team , can't even manage the recruitment process effectively.They just conduct walk ins just to pass their time and waste others time and company resources as well. Incapable TA team,they don't have the ability to recognize talent.
