Screening call with HR, connection wasn't great but it went fine, though weren't able to give me a very succinct overview of the business or the area the role would actually be focusing on. Promised to follow up, never did. It takes 2 seconds to send an email, ghosting is irritating.

I was invited to a phone call interview and on 2 occasions the company didn't show up. When I contacted the company, I was informed that they have already hired someone else while they were wasting my time waiting for their phone call.
From my personal experience, it is clear that this company doesn't have respect for candidates!
