Pros

Colleagues are the best asset in the company. Smart, friendly and hard working employees. If you value a good relationship with your colleagues over anything else, then this is a good place.

Cons

Company is hireing and fireing employees in less than a year. Job security is very low. Company has been sold to the competitor as it was going downwards. CEO known for not being present and playing padel during working hours. Be aware.

The team is very disrespectful, they don’t have time for juniors to orient them. Throughout the year there were lots of layoffs. No social events.
