The process included a Video Interview where you had to record answers to pre-recorded questions (30-40 min.) It was followed by a regular Skills Test, and the third and last step for me was a Panel Interview. It was a nice experience and the people seemed nice, but this last step was very long, 2h aprox. For me the worst was not getting decent feedback on why I was rejected, after 2.30h of interviews and a skill test that required also quite some time, I was very disappointed to get a very generic rejection email.
