Plusieurs entretiens, avec les RH, avec l'équipe, Manager France J'ai eu une présentation à faire, on m'a challengé sur cette présentation, Process assez long mais permet de cerner l'entreprise. Les RH sont toujours le point central, j'aurai juste aimer + de feedback sur les raisons du refus

Interview
I have always used GYG as a consumer and loved their services so much that I decided to apply for the DM position. As a former user, I was familiar with the company, its values, and everything it offered. The interview process is a phone call with the manager, and then they send you an assignment to complete in the next five days. Last, you have a final interview with the stakeholders. My experience was negative because they canceled my last interview only 2 hours before the scheduled time by EMAIL. Employers at Get Your Guide should be more respectful of people's time and have a more human touch. Sometimes they forget that on the other side of an email, there is a human being who probably did the impossible to be available on the requested date, which deserves more than a standardized email.

30 min Introcall bei dem sich sehr viel Zeit genommen wurde um sich gegenseitig vorzustellen. Sehr auf Augenhöhe. Es wurden alle Fragen zur Stelle beantwortet und auch kurz über die Arbeitsbedingungen gesprochen.
