Interview
Recruiter from Amsterdam found me on LinkedIn and suggested applying to this company.
Interview steps:
* Call with a tech lead
* Code challenge (simple Android app)
* 3 technical interviews, 1 hour for each
* Interview with CEO
Interview experience is neutral. People are nice and friendly, but technical interview look silly. Describe Android basic components (hey, I have 10 years of experience with Android and just sent you a test challenge, do you really think I don't know this?), find errors in Java code (I am not an IDE and I use Kotlin).
Overall experience is negative, because I haven't had any feedback after passing all steps. I spent my time on test challenge and interviews and it is not polite to give no answer.
We apologize about your experience with our outside sourcing service in Amsterdam. We are actively building our internal recruiting team to ensure better processes and follow up in the future. We appreciate your feedback.
