Unprofessional and time wasting.
4 rounds of interview (one month) and you get ghosted. Spoke with Richard W. I itially who setup all rou ds and after that no feedback whatsoever. I sent 2 follow up mails, 2 weeks between each, still no reply just to find out that person who took over Richard did kot even bother to take over my application but rather re post position with new hiring name. Such Unprofessional experience I have never had for last 10yrs in industry. Even the regret to i form you mail is way more decent than this. Company is maybe good and working experience as well, but if you get treated like this on the start...not sure.
