Apply online. An inital interview will be scheduled at the store. You'll be asked about your experience. When you passed your certification exam and whom from. You be asked what your availability is. From there your employment will be based on the the successful completion of a drug test and background check.

I spoke to the pharmacy manager for about 20 minutes where she asked me questions about customer service, dealing with difficult situations, and working with as a team. Then I completed a pharmacy skills test and she reviewed it.
